Question How do I make an order?
Answer

After adding products you wish to purchase to the shopping cart click checkout to complete your order with a credit card, PayPal or cryptocurrency. You will receive an email within minutes that will include your receipt. Another email will be sent in a few days after your order ships that will include tracking details.

Alternately, you can purchase directly from shops that carry our collection, see below.

Question What are my payment options?
Answer

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDC. Additionally, direct bank transfers are available for most residents of Bali, Indonesia.

Question Is satisfaction guaranteed?
Answer

Yes. We stand by ou products 100%. If you are not satisfied in any way we will refund or repair or replace your order. Please view the terms and conditions for full details.

Question I'm in Bali, can I purchase from a store?
Answer

Yes. A list and map of the (physical) shops can be found here where you can purchase in-person.

Question Do you have coupon codes?
Answer

Promo coupon codes can be entered during checkout for discounts. You can find these codes periodically through our social media posts. Follow us on Instagram to get in the know.

Question Can I get a discount for bulk orders?
Answer

Yes. If ordering $350 USD or more, please use the coupon code “HC4EWCC8” for 10% off.

For even larger orders of more than $500 USD or more, please use “9VN7QNAG” for 15% off.

Shipping + Delivery

Question Where do you ship to?
AnswerWe ship to most countries around the world through UPS and DHL. GoSend (Gojek) is available for shipping destinations within most of the greater Bali (Denpasar, Canggu, Seminyak, Umalas, Berawa, Kuta) Indonesia area.
Question I'm in Bali, can I get Gojek delivery?
Answer

Yes. Orders destined for Bali will automatically be sent via Gojek. You will be notified with updates so you can keep track of your order.

Question How much is shipping?
Answer

There’s a flat rate shipping cost of $25 USD to anywhere in the world outside of Indonesia and a flat rate of $5 to anywhere in Indonesia and most orders ship free if located within Bali Island.

Question When will I receive my order?
Answer

For online orders, we ship within 24 hours after receipt in most cases and it takes anywhere between 5 – 14 working days for you to receive your order – depending on location and holiday timing.

For most Bali residents, you can receive your order the same day or next day.

Product & Service

Question Where and how is your glasses chains and jewelry made?
Answer

Everything is handcrafted in Bali, Indonesia. Most pieces are meticulously made by the literal hands of our founder, Enda Dewi. The rest being made in-house by our local Balinese staff. Most of the material we use is sourced directly from Bali and in other cases sourced from the rest of Indonesia.

Question What if my item breaks or needs to be serviced?
Answer

If you’re in the Bali area, we will be happy to fix, adjust and otherwise improve your item at no charge. This service is available for the life of your Endabel glasses chain. Please contact us to set up an appointment when in the area.

Question Do you offer custom pieces?
Answer

Yes. We can alter or modify an existing item to suit your needs such as with the color size and materials used. Fully custom jewelry is also available by request. Please contact us.

Question Is each individual item unique?
Answer

Yes, in the truest sense of the word. Since everything we make is made by hand using mostly naturally occurring materials (stones, precious metals etc.) each item is a one-of-a-kind, even when they are the same product line.
